Pacing Sticker - Distance

Start with a blank sticker as your base.

Step 1: Enter Distance
Use a waterproof pen to fill in the total distance in kilometers or miles.

Step 2: Add Difficulties

Mark climbs, cobblestones, and aid stations with the icons from the icon sticker sheet.

Step 3: Plan Eating and Drinking
