A pacing tattoo is a temporary, skin-applied race plan. It can display splits, target pace, fueling reminders, power ranges, heart rate caps, transition notes, or whatever information supports the event. Placement is flexible: forearm for runners, wrist or upper arm for triathletes, or another visible spot that works with your movement and equipment.
